HERBICIDE
The surface of the stump should be freshly cut and thoroughly saturated so that the chemical will be carried down through the stump into the roots. Dicamba, imazapyr, picloram, glyphosphate and triclopyr are chemicals found in herbicides for stump and root-killing.
